Providing energy for the DAC Denafrips-Ares II connected with the NESS, which was sensitive in the system, brought many positive changes. NESS Excellence introduced purity with a large dose of air that brought fresh energy to the music. The sound got a bigger kick and detached from the speakers faster. The music received more differentiated colors, which showed the influence of the cable on the sound faster and more tangibly. The drum snare briskly underlined the rhythm with multi-colored spring decays, and the kick received a boost of dynamic power with good timing. The tin plates shone more clearly on the stage with the instruments well separated from each other. The vocal texture introduced by NESS showed the magical "THAT SOMETHING" in the artist's voice. The cable showed a number of harmonic component tones more clearly with better separation of instruments, introducing more order on the stage. The changes introduced by NESS were so noticeable that one might think that the vocalist changed the microphone, and the whole band hooked up to larger loudspeakers with a wider frequency response. The Excellence series of the Audiomica power cord introduced into the tested system a greater transparency of the second and third planes with more clearly outlined instruments.
